Code of Conduct & Harassment Policy

Larcenous Designs, LLC is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form.

This code of conduct applies to all Larcenous Designs, LLC spaces, both online and off. Anyone who violates this code of conduct may be sanctioned or expelled from these spaces at the discretion of the moderators, and any comments, posts, or links that violate this code of conduct will be deleted on sight.

If you are being harassed within these spaces, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact the moderators at LarcenousDesigns+report@gmail.com, and we will respond as soon as possible.

If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the moderators may take any action they deem appropriate, up to and including expulsion from all Larcenous Designs, LLC spaces and identification of the participant as a harasser to other Larcenous Designs, LLC members or the general public.

The definition of harassment used here includes any conduct that denigrates another based on any characteristic protected by law, including but not limited to color, gender identity, gender presentation, race, age, sexual orientation, religion, disability, national origin, or disability. However, this is not meant to be an all-inclusive list or definition. The moderators reserve the right to respond to any offensive behavior, whether illegal or not, based on this policy and their judgement under common sense practices.
